These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Rush Rush CRM website (the "Service") operated by Rush Rush CRM ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who the Service Is For

The Service is intended only for:

• Authorized employees (and other authorized personnel) of the company using Rush Rush CRM in Qatar.

The Service is not intended for minors and may not be used by anyone under the applicable age of majority.

2) Access and Authorization

Access to the Service is limited to people who are authorized by the company. You agree:

• to use the Service only for legitimate business purposes,
• not to attempt to access areas you are not authorized to access, and
• not to interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

• attempt to bypass security controls or gain unauthorized access,
• introduce malware, automated scraping, or harmful code,
• disrupt the Service (including denial-of-service attempts),

4) CRM Data and Confidentiality

The Service may contain confidential business information, including customer data and internal records. You agree to:

• treat all Service data as confidential unless your company states otherwise,
• use the data only for work-related purposes, and
• follow your organization's policies regarding customer data and confidentiality.

5) Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, interfaces, and underlying software, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws.

6) No Payments

The Service does not offer paid plans, subscriptions, or payment processing through the website.

7) Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

8) Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rush Rush CRM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from or related to use of the Service.

10) Termination

We (or your company administrator) may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we believe:

• you are not authorized,
• you violated these Terms or company policies, or
• continued access could pose a security or legal risk.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be handled in the competent courts of Qatar, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
